Sniper EFI-Powered 1965 Volkswagen Single Cab

Eric Allred of Red-E Motorsports has adapted a Sniper EFI system to his 1965 VW Single Cab. This vintage truck serves as a shop vehicle and promotional tool, featuring a low-slung stance with air shocks at the front and bags in the rear. The truck is powered by a 2000cc flat-four engine, producing 70 horsepower, nearly doubling the output of its original 1600cc engine. The installation involved creating a custom adapter for the Sniper EFI Autolite 1100 throttle body and modifying the throttle linkage. The system provides a smooth driving experience with improved power delivery.
