LS-Swapped 1962 Volvo Amazon
Shant Yazijian of Pasadena, California, transformed this 1962 Volvo Amazon into a unique blend of Euro styling and American muscle with an LS1 engine swap. Originally equipped with a Buick 215 V8, Yazijian opted for an LS1 outfitted with a forged crank, pistons, and rods, and LS6 heads, pushing the car to an estimated 450 horsepower. The Volvo features Tesla Model 3 wheels, Bilstein dampers, and a four-point roll cage. This build was showcased at Holley LS Fest West, turning heads with its striking appearance and performance.
