LS1-Powered 1965 Volvo Amazon Wagon
This 1965 Volvo Amazon wagon was transformed into a unique project by Greg Carnforth, making it a standout at the Holley LS Fest 2022. Originally a four-door, it was converted into a two-door using coupe doors and a relocated B-pillar. A modern twist comes from the LS1 engine and T56 transmission from a late-model GTO, enhanced with Texas Speed cylinder heads and an LS6 intake. The custom chassis includes Chevrolet truck arm rear suspension, making this a unique blend of classic Volvo design with American muscle.
