Handmade VW Beetle Replica by Rakesh Babu

Rakesh Babu, a 28-year-old from Cherthala, India, built a handmade Volkswagen Beetle replica using a two-stroke motorcycle engine from a Suzuki Samurai, tuk tuk wheels, and various handcrafted parts. Despite never seeing a real Beetle, Babu created this smaller version with a metal sheet body, polycarbonate windshield, and custom blue-lit interior. This project, completed in six months at a cost of $533, showcases his dedication and creativity.
