
1966 Chevrolet Corvette C2 "Alan Green" Race Car
This is a 1966 Chevrolet Corvette C2 race car sponsored by Alan Green Chevrolet. Originally equipped with a pre-production 427ci L88 V8, the car was raced by Gary Gove in SCCA A Production and other series. After suffering engine damage, it continued racing with various configurations until the 1980s. It has been restored to its original configuration with an L88 engine, yellow and green livery, J56 brakes, and F41 suspension. The car comes with historical documents, logbooks, and awards, and has been recognized with an American Heritage award at the NCRS National Convention.
