
1964 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible Race Car
This 1964 Chevrolet Corvette convertible was converted for racing in 1972 and has participated in SCCA and SVRA events. Finished in blue with a white nose stripe, it features a rebuilt 355ci V8 engine paired with a Super T10 4-speed manual transmission. Key modifications include an Eaton limited-slip differential, Hooker headers, side pipes, and 15" American Racing Torq Thrust wheels with Hoosier racing tires. The car is equipped with numerous racing enhancements such as a roll cage, Kirkey racing seats, AutoMeter instrumentation, and a fire-suppression system. Additional features include an external aluminum oil cooler and a 22-gallon fuel cell. Originally sold on a bill of sale, this race car is not street legal.
