1993 Land Rover Defender 6x6 "The Flying Huntsman" by Hyper Offroad
The 1993 Land Rover Defender, transformed by Hyper Offroad into "The Flying Huntsman," is a formidable 6x6 off-road vehicle. Originally converted by Urban Warrior into a 6x6, Hyper Offroad took over to address significant engineering challenges. This build boasts a 700hp VMP-supercharged 5.0-liter Ford Coyote V8 engine, coupled with a six-speed 6R80 automatic transmission, delivering exceptional power and performance for off-road adventures. The build features FOX shocks and customized Project Kahn exterior panels. A full rewire and driveline overhaul were undertaken by Hyper Offroad, including the installation of a Detroit TrueTrac differential for improved traction. The truck stands out with its matte grey paint, Vision wheels paired with rugged General Grabber tires, and other enhancements like a heavy-duty Warn winch and comprehensive interior upgrades, making it a luxurious yet capable off-road performer.
