BMW E30 Widebody by Ace Customs

This BMW E30 build by Ace Customs features a distinctive widebody conversion paired with a custom Nardo Grey paint job. Under the hood, a Lexus V8 engine with a Magnuson supercharger provides impressive power, which is funneled through a Toyota Cressida 5-speed gearbox and a custom 6-puck sprung copper clutch with an upgraded pressure plate. Handling is improved with BC Racing BR coilovers and Powerflex suspension bushes, while stopping power is provided by Praggia calipers with EBC Blue Stuff brake pads. The interior is race-ready with Cobra racing seats equipped with 5-point harnesses, an 8-point welded-in roll cage, and a Wilwood pedal box. Electronics include a Spitronics engine management system and an Acewell digital dash. This BMW E30, transformed by Ace Customs in South Africa, is powered by a supercharged Toyota 1UZ-FE V8 engine. The race car features a full rewiring and a Spintronics ECU, producing 227 hp to the wheels. It includes a Rocket Bunny widebody kit, custom aluminum dash, Cobra race seats, and rides on BC Racing coilovers and Japan Racing wheels. The power is delivered through a five-speed manual transmission and an E30 limited-slip differential. This BMW E30 features a supercharged 1UZ Lexus V8 engine expertly managed by a Spitronics system. Built by Ace Customs in South Africa, the car was initially in poor condition but underwent extensive bodywork, chassis repair, and a fresh respray. A full body kit and imported custom brakes were fitted for enhanced performance. The interior sports a custom-built aluminum dashboard with a bespoke center console, and a roll cage adds extra rigidity. With NOS installed, this build truly stands out in the tuning scene.
