451 V8-Powered 1971 Dodge Dart
This 1971 Dodge Dart, built by John Barnhart, features a custom drag-ready setup highlighted by a powerful 451 V8 engine. Originally a standard 383 V8, the engine was bored to 451 cubic inches to enhance performance. It includes a bullet-proof A727 TorqueFlite transmission with a manual valve body and an 8¾ Sure Grip rear axle with 3.91 gears. The vibrant Synergy Green body is complemented by a Chevrolet fiberglass hood and a custom-built interior. Built for both dragstrip fun and car shows, it made its debut at the 2023 World of Wheels in West Allis, Wisconsin.
