L'Œuf électrique, designed by Paul Arzens, is a futuristic prototype electric cyclecar created in 1938 and built in 1942. Known as 'The Electric Egg,' it features a lightweight aluminum body over a Duralinox tube chassis, with a curved acrylic windscreen and doors. Originally powered by an electric motor with a range of 100 km, it was modified post-war with a 125cc Peugeot petrol engine. The car is currently housed at the Cité de l'Automobile in Mulhouse.
