700hp LS2-Powered Datsun 510
Marcus Fry in Redwood City, California, built this unique Datsun 510 featuring an LS2 V8 engine with 13:1 compression, AFR heads, and a custom cam, combining for around 700 horsepower. Initially intended for Formula Drift, the build now targets autocross and time attack events. Key features include a NASCAR-style Jerico four-speed gearbox, a Winters Performance quick-change rear end, and QA1 double-adjustable coilovers. Complementing the performance, the car sports a custom rear suspension, a modified front MacPherson strut design, and a visually striking Hilborn ITB injection system managed by a Holley HP EFI.
