1978 Chevrolet LUV Custom by Aerospace Engineer
This 1978 Chevrolet LUV was modified by an aerospace engineer in the late 1980s for show use. It features a replacement aluminum 215ci V8 with a Holley four-barrel carburetor and an Offenhauser intake manifold, paired with a five-speed dogleg manual transmission. The truck includes a custom soft top, a roll bar, a custom front bumper, a roll pan, and carbon fiber-look fender flares. Bronze-finished alloy wheels with Hankook Ventus RS4 tires, adjustable Recaro seats, and new door panels enhance its appearance. Other modifications include Momo pedals, a wood shift knob and steering wheel rim, and a boombox strapped to the roll bar. This unique build is offered with records dating back to the 1980s and a clean Colorado title.
