1600hp Blastolene Special Tank Car

The Blastolene Special, commonly known as the Tank Car, was designed and built by Randy Grubb and is currently owned by entertainer Jay Leno. Powered by a Continental AV1790 V12 engine originally from a military tank, this custom roadster features a massive 29-liter engine producing 1600hp. Enhanced by Gale Banks Engineering, it includes twin turbochargers for improved fuel efficiency. The car boasts a unique aluminum body and a 6-speed Allison automatic transmission, making this one-of-a-kind vehicle roadworthy and a standout at car shows.
