The Packard-Bentley Special Race Car
The Packard-Bentley Special, also known as 'Mavis', is a one-of-a-kind racing car created by Chris Williams. It features a massive 40.8L Packard 1A-2500 V12 engine, originally used in WWII-era PT boats, producing 1,500 horsepower and 2,000 lb-ft of torque. Built on a modified 1930 Bentley 8-litre chassis, the car showcases 24 exhaust pipes and an offset steering column. It debuted at the Cholmondeley Pageant of Power in 2010 and is now housed in the Technik Museum Speyer, Germany.
