1400hp Twin-Turbo LS7-Powered 1987 Buick Grand National
Dutchboys Hotrods unveiled this ambitious 1987 Buick Grand National at SEMA 2024, marking their entry into the G-body platform with an extensive custom build. Owned by Angelo Vespi, this Grand National, dubbed the GNXS, features a 1400hp twin-turbo 427ci LS7 engine. The build includes a custom cooling system with functional headlight inlets, a Holley Dominator ECU, Baer Brakes with 14-inch six-piston calipers, and custom center-lug wheels created with Greening Auto Company. Maintaining the car's classic look, the factory hood was heavily modified instead of replaced, preserving the iconic aggressive profile while incorporating modern enhancements.
