The DAI33 GT-R, built by Dai in partnership with Turn 14 Distribution, Top Rank Importers, and GReddy Performance, is an homage to the 400R street car, modernized with state-of-the-art components. Based on the R33 Nissan Skyline GT-R, this build features the first Greddy 2.8-liter RB-spec stroker engine, producing around 700hp with potential for more. This power is complemented by a GReddy turbo and an OS Giken OS-88 sequential six-speed transmission, transforming the vehicle's performance. Suspension improvements include Ohlins Road & Track coilovers, SPL adjustable rear arms, Ikeya Formula front control arms, and Whiteline sway bars, while stopping power is enhanced by Stoptech big brakes. The distinctive aesthetic is achieved with a 400R-inspired body kit, Titan 7 wheels, and components like Garage Active's dry carbon hood. The interior showcases Recaro Speed V seats, a Haltech digital dash, and a GReddy steering wheel, offering a harmonious blend of heritage and modern tech.
