This 2024 Maserati MCXtrema is a track-only race car, one of only 62 planned examples. Developed under the code name 'Project 24,' this vehicle was tested at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca and features a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter Nettuno V6 engine with 730 horsepower, coupled with a paddle-shifted six-speed sequential transaxle. Finished in distinctive matte Blu Xtrema paint with a white #24 livery, it includes an array of racing features such as a carbon-fiber monocoque, Öhlins adjustable dampers, Brembo brakes, and 18" OZ Racing center-lock wheels. The cockpit is equipped with carbon-fiber Sabelt racing seats, a full roll cage, and various driver-adjustable systems. Additional features include a roof-mounted intake snorkel, adjustable rear wing, and air jacks.
