2016 Ford Mustang "RoadCone" by Terry Eshman
Terry Eshman's 2016 Ford Mustang, affectionately named "RoadCone," is a heavily modified machine aimed at both street and strip performance. Originally purchased as a stock vehicle, it underwent a transformation with the help of standout components and expert tuning. With a Ford Racing Cobra Jet intake and a 2.9-liter twin-screw blower from Whipple Superchargers, the car initially achieved 900 rear-wheel horsepower. Following engine failure, a 3.0-liter supercharger was installed, boosting output significantly. Complementing the engine setup are Viking Crusader rear shocks and front coilovers, along with an automatic transmission for improved track performance. Remarkably, RoadCone is not just a track beast; it retains street legality and creature comforts like air conditioning and heated seats. Eshman regularly drives the car on the street, showcasing its dual-purpose nature.
