1968 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible by Motion Performance
This 1968 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible was modified by Motion Performance with Phase III equipment and features a replacement L88 427ci V8 engine, rebuilt by drag racer Dominic “D.A.” Santucci and installed in 2004. The car is finished in dark blue with white Motion Performance-style stripes, equipped with a Muncie four-speed manual transmission, a cowl-induction hood, flared fenders, and Motion Performance badging. Notable modifications include a Holley carburetor, Edelbrock intake manifold, tubular headers, and side-exit exhaust pipes. The interior has been reupholstered in black vinyl. It retains its distinct appearance with polished slot mag wheels and Mickey Thompson tires. Previously featured in Corvette Fever and Muscle Car Enthusiast magazines, the car is located in Dallas, Texas.
