LS3-Powered Mid-Engine Chevrolet Corvair Rampside

Wayne Dick transformed this Chevrolet Corvair Rampside into a potent restomod by swapping the original engine with a 6.2-liter LS3 V8 mounted in the rear bed. Enhanced with a Bryan Tooley Stage 3 camshaft and a limited-slip differential from a C5 Corvette, this build also includes an upgraded 4L65E four-speed automatic transmission. Despite its rusty exterior, this Corvair is a well-engineered machine capable of performing on the drag strip or circuit track.
