Turbocharged 5.3L LS-Powered 4th Gen Camaro Sets Record
Jonathan Capizzi from Holland, Michigan, achieved a remarkable feat at the "Turkey Bash 2K19" event, setting a new stock bottom end record for LS engines with his 4th Gen Camaro. The car, powered by a Gen IV 5.3L from a 2011 Suburban, was equipped with a Garrett Gen 2 88mm turbo, custom Baker camshaft, 243 casting heads, and a Holley EFI system. Capizzi's meticulous tuning led to an impressive 4.506 @ 155.70 mph run.
