Toyota 86 by Evasive Motorsports
This Toyota 86, initially a Pikes Peak Hill Climb competitor, was revived by Evasive Motorsports for Gridlife South at Road Atlanta. Now featuring an orange ENEOS livery and new time attack provisions for driver Dai Yoshihara, the build boasts enhanced aero with a revised underbody system, a front splitter, and a new rear diffuser. An updated engine and a modified rear final drive ratio equip it for the race, alongside a revised suspension with higher spring rates. The retrofitted 86 secured first place in the Unlimited RWD class on its first outing at Gridlife South, setting a lap time of 1:25.968.
