2024 Porsche 911 GT3 R Rennsport
This 2024 Porsche 911 GT3 R Rennsport is a track-only evolution of the GT3 R race car, designed for exclusive track-day use. It is powered by a naturally aspirated 4.2-liter flat-six engine with Rennsport-specific tuning, providing 611 horsepower on E25 bioethanol. The car is equipped with a six-speed sequential transaxle, a mechanical limited-slip differential, and AP Racing slotted and ventilated disc brakes. The body features exposed carbon-fiber-composite panels with Agate Gray Metallic accents, and aerodynamics include a heritage-inspired rear wing. Additional components include five-way adjustable KW coilover dampers, BBS center-lock wheels, a Racetech racing seat, and a Cosworth digital dash for data logging. The GT3 R Rennsport is constructed on a composite shell and designed by Grant Larson and Thorsten Klein. The car was unveiled at the 2023 Rennsport Reunion and is intended for track use only.
