Electric Kia Pride Restomod by Electrogenic
Marking Kia's 80th anniversary, the British division teamed up with Electrogenic to create a unique EV restomod of the 1996 Kia Pride. Originally a 1.3 LX model, the hatchback's internal combustion engine setup was swapped for an electric motor producing 106 hp and 235 Nm. Retaining its original five-speed manual transmission, the vehicle is powered by two 10 kWh batteries, allowing a range of up to 120 miles. Visually, the Pride maintains its classic look, only updated with white pearl paint and modern lights. The interior remains mostly original with a touch of lime green piping.
