1989 BMW M3 E30 Race Car
This 1989 BMW M3 was converted into a race car by Vintage Sports & Racing in Bedford, New Hampshire. Initially raced at the Targa Newfoundland tarmac rally, it was later modified for SCCA and SVRA events. The build features a replacement 2.3-liter S14 engine with high-compression pistons and a carbon-fiber intake plenum, managed by an Alpha-N ECU. It’s paired with a dogleg five-speed manual transmission. The car includes a carbon-fiber hood, adjustable rear wing, roll cage, and aluminum door skins, all finished in an orange Jägermeister livery. It rides on JRZ two-way adjustable dampers and Kosei K1 alloy wheels and includes a stripped interior with Recaro bucket seats and racing harnesses.
