
1986 BMW E30 Race Car
This 1986 BMW 325e sedan was modified by the seller for competition in the NASA Spec E30 racing series. It features a rebuilt 2.5-liter M20B25 inline-six paired with a Getrag 260 five-speed manual transmission and a 3.73:1 rear differential. The car underwent refurbishment from 2017 to 2020, including a new paint job in Alpine White with M tri-color stripes. Notable equipment includes 15" Team Dynamics wheels, Ground Control coilovers, a Racetech seat, a custom roll cage, an AiM data logger and camera system, and a Lifeline fire suppression system. Other modifications include brake cooling ducts, custom exhaust, and a Coolshirt driver cooling system.
