Porsche 993 by Rothsport Racing for Tim Strehl
This unique Porsche 993 was custom-built by Jeff Gamroth of Rothsport Racing for owner Tim Strehl. Taking 14 months to build, the car features a 4.0L naturally aspirated flat-six engine producing 460hp, making it one of the most powerful naturally aspirated Porsche builds. The build utilized Rothsport Racing's custom-built components, including a slide valve injection system and bespoke internals. Designed with a focus on track performance, the 993 sports a Voodoo Blue exterior inspired by Le Mans-era GT2 RS vehicles. It features a carbon kevlar body, a large carbon fiber rear wing, and custom BBS LM wheels with Hoosier slicks. Inside, the car is equipped with OMP bucket seats, a cage, and Schroth Racing 6-point harnesses, maintaining a track-focused setup with minimal interior fittings. The suspension setup was developed by EXE-TC, and braking is handled by custom Stoptech components.
