Honda Civic Si Time Attack by Tomund Lee

Tomund Lee's Honda Civic Si is a remarkable build inspired by JDM car culture and time attack racing. The project began in earnest in 2020 after Tom joined Team Tensei, a group of tuners passionate about authentic Japanese culture. Through collaboration with Honda Twin-cam, better known as Feel’s, Tom incorporated their “total tuning approach” to transform his eighth-generation Civic Si into a coveted time attack vehicle. The car underwent a Type R conversion using imported parts, marking it with rare features like a partial carbon front bumper and wide-body kit. A Voltex wing with custom titanium raisers elevates the look, while white 18x9.5 Desmond Regamaster EVO 2 wheels match the extensive exterior work. Under the hood, Tom maintained the 2.0-liter K20Z3 engine with bolt-ons such as a ported intake manifold, a CAI from Hybrid Racing, and a discontinued titanium exhaust from Feel’s. The interior is upgraded with limited edition Tomcat Yellow Recaro SR4 seats, creating a balanced machine focused on overall performance.
