1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 by Doug Bailey

Doug Bailey's 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1, originally purchased by his father in June 1969, has a rich personal history. After many years and several engine replacements, Doug decided to restore the car in 2015, fitting it with a modern Coyote 5.0 engine from a 2014 Mustang GT. This build was completed in Doug's garage, with the interior redone by his son-in-law at Lucky 7 Upholstery. It was finished just in time for its 50th anniversary in 2019. The car symbolizes Doug's enduring passion and persistence, having been part of his life through various personal milestones.
