1952 Chevrolet 3100 "The Perfect Patina" by Chris Yoder
Chris Yoder's 1952 Chevrolet 3100, found in an old barn, was transformed with modern components while retaining its classic patina look. The truck features a GM LS2 crate motor with an LSA blower, augmenting its power to 538 rear-wheel horsepower. It sits on a custom frame from a 1987 Chevy S-10, with a bagged suspension utilizing Slam Specialties airbags and Belltech 2-inch drop spindles. The interior is equally well-crafted, featuring custom leather work, a Billet Specialties steering wheel, and modern amenities such as a Vintage Air HVAC system. The whole project, a family effort, showcases incredible craftsmanship and dedication to maintaining the truck's nostalgia with new-age technology.
